First decent sleep for years
I haven't slept well for years partly because of night pain with arthritis and partly because I've gotten into the habit of not sleeping well, even during low-pain periods.
I was very skeptical that this would work, but after reading several very positive reviews gave it a try. Out like a light, 8 hours sleep despite a small amount of pain. The scottish voice helps, but the audio is extremely well designed and executed.
I've only used it one night (this version released today), but the reviews of previous versions indicate that people continue to use it with good results.

I am a student who has 5,000,000 things on at once. I sometimes forget that night time is for sleeping an usually ponder over these things. After i purchased this app i would fall asleep in 10 minutes!
