This app used to work perfectly lately I’ve gone back to ringing for a taxi because the app constantly tells me I need to select a ‘valid fleet’.
It shows me where local taxis etc then fails when I come to make a request - about to delete it from my phone

This app is a bomb! Not _the_ bomb, but certainly some kind of explosive. You can order taxis, and they usually arrive! You can preorder them for later also, and typically they turn up. When they do cancel all of a sudden, you can just order another I guess. The app does a good job if simulating what it might look like if cabs were being GPS tracked! It’s sort of like a mini game, but without any game part. What the app lacks in lustre, it makes up for in notifications. Some of them nearly arrive in time to be useful. My personal favourite is the one that pops up telling you that your journey is completely. Brilliant! I’m always unsure I have arrived anywhere. The best feature of the app is the way it gives your phone number to the cab driver so they can just call you to ask all the details. In this new age of polished, snazzy, buzz worthy apps, it’s great to see the design tenets of the 90s still have a place. Well done blue bubble for showing that the contempt for ride sharing services and their high quality product! Five stars

This app used to work *mostly fine (ignoring some basic functions that never existed to begin with), but for the last 6ths or so it’s been impossible to book any taxis for the same reason others have mentioned (“need valid fleet”, “no drivers available”(without the app even searching)).

Until this is all remedied, this app is pointless.
