Last Day on Earth: Survival 17+

Hey developers. I’ve had been play the game for 1 year already and the game was so fun. But with the new updates my game crashes every time I play it will only give me less then a minute and crashes after. It’s a really big issue for me pls fix it.

Hey there developers I’ve done everything I could to prevent the crashing but it still happens My phone can run (call of duty mobile) but it can’t run last day on earth pls fix this in the next up date

Hello! Thank you so much for your detailed feedback. The game must have not enough RAM on your device. The following steps may help you: try to free the device’s RAM. To do this close all the apps you don’t use in the task manager. Restart the device and open the game. This game is so fun but can u please fix the bugs abt restoring ur saved loads from game centre because everytime i try to reload it, it always crashes so I uninstalled it abt 10+ times now trying to reload my saved base and i really dont wanna restart everything again please fix bug and also ive did everything to try make the loading screen faster but it jst loads soooo slow is there a way you guys can boost the speed on loading screen? But overall i love this game keep up the amazing work jst wish my game could stop crashing so i can get back to grinding

Hello! Thanks for your 5 stars and detailed feedback. Check if the internet connection you are using is fast and stable. You can update your internet connection by enabling airplane mode and disabling it again. Close the game through the task manager and then restart it. Make sure that your device has enough free space (at least 200 MB). Go to settings – Storage and check how much free space there is on your device. I lost all my progress on this thursday. And i contacted with support team. I got answer not, they cant restore my account. Means i lost all purcase, time limited items, level, house, all the items. They said gave me some items for my purchase, that is not even close what I paid. My all season items were gone. I paid the day when i lost all. And the package box what they gave me, it didnt give me any items. I dont understant why they cant restore it. I need to leave this game i think. And you know everyone that plays this game would understand that its not just about the purchases I made, its all the time put into the game to achieve to what I had. I just think it’s not possible of getting my account back.
