Ratings and Reviews
Great app but bad video quality
Love the app and will continue to use as long as it’s supported but wished the video quality was much better. While you record yourself it’s perfect, super sharp quality, once video is sent off though it’s terrible.
Poorly Designed
I used Marco Polo daily and receive up to 60 Marcos in one day. It doesn’t make any sense that if you click on a newer Marco, the older ones all are marked as watched. You should be able to watch any Marco you want, out of order, and the unwatched ones remain unwatched until you watch them. Also, the mark as unwatched button has never worked, it’s completely pointless. The second you send a Marco, all of the Marcos that you marked as unwatched go back to being marked as watched and then you have no clue where you left off. The app is a great concept but poorly designed. Also, Marco is extremely glitchy and sometimes a video will stop recording out of nowhere or a smiley face will pop up and not let you go back to video recording. What blows my mind is after years of having these issues, the app just isn’t being paid attention to and no one is fixing these glaring issues. If there was any alternative to Marco, you bet I’d switch over and delete this app immediately.
Absolutely love it
It’s the best thing since sliced bread when it comes to communicating with everyone, however it drains the battery life fast and uses significant amount of mobile data if you are apart of multiple groups. But other than that, I’m addicted. Thank Marco Polo
