To use the app you will need to be registered with our online portal, My AMP. If you are not already registered for My AMP you can register at amp.co.nz in three easy steps.
If you already have My AMP, download the app then:
1. Choose a four digit PIN – this will be your app login once set up
2. Enter your My AMP username and password details.

Good - more info required
I've found it easy to use and enjoy logging in to check my balance and watch my kiwisaver grow.
It would be even better if the 'regular contributions' in the transaction history were more informative and give information on where it came from ie individual, employer, government and when the deduction was made.
So you could when see your deductions actually made it into your account.
Otherwise great app!
Disappointed. After upgrade, it wiped off all my logins and passwords. Cannot use it anymore as I don’t have an access to my AMP account details.

We are sorry for the unpleasant experience on our MyAMP NZ app. To find your username or reset your password within the app, first navigate to the login details screen. Just below the field to enter your password there is a section ‘Forgot your username or password’. Click on ‘username’ to retrieve your username or ‘password’ to reset your password. Can't get it to work!
It had promis. Installed it and tried to login. Asked for a temp password. Login and any password I entered was all to week. Not to mention that the date that I put in for my birthday always reset to today's date. Clicked out then could not get to the same point. Error message keep saying cannot connect when I tried to get a new temporary password. Uninstall and reinstalled and still same issue. Basically I can't get it to work.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
