Just want to pay my bill

I am with Vodafone for my mobile and Internet. Has anyone ever tried to pay their internet bill on their iPhone 4s on the Vodafone website? So far I have been unable to. I used to be able to on my galaxy note but it was still very difficult. This is a "MY Vodafone" app so why can't I access my internet account on it too? I can order a book from America on my phone but can't pay my internet bill. What's that about? I'm sure some smart person out there can sort this out right?

Poor customer service, app malfunction

It's officially been a week since my app has been down. Due to a system malfunction? I'm currently on a plan of $130 a month. With my current job free calling or mins is a must. I will not be compensated. Money has already been deducted from my account but I cannot use any of my data that I've paid for. So annoyed and frustrated. Have not been updated. Sick of being on hold for max of 15mins and being passed around. Explaining my situation numerous of times.

Works well for me

I hardly run into any issues with this app. It tells me what i need to know and all the functions work. Some are saying it's not good compared to the telecom app, but what more do you need to know? This app is very good in my opinion.
