League pass/support problems
LP sub active but says i need to upgrade sub to watch live.
Customer support seems like they are finding creative ways to disconnect the chat when they cant fix anything
Missed 2 days of games so far, this experience is not what i signed up for

Started having issues
I’ve had the NBA app for years and it was awesome, no problems, no glitches, no issues whatsoever. I saw that Microsoft took over the app and thought hmmm is this a good thing or a bad thing… after just a few weeks I am leaning towards bad coz first off we took time off work and were watching a live game with friends when during half time the game stream just went blank and then showed we only have two streams available and they were only 15mins long. Uninstalled App and tried different devices and it still didn’t work, reported it and asked if this is going to be a common thing and they replied saying please try restarting or uninstalling your app next time… and now I can’t even watch anything on the app, I get an error message, reported it already but not really confident I’ll get a solid reply to my query… I can’t even watch one game… ahhh I don’t really care I just want to watch the games I paid to watch… is that so hard???

Quality and customer support unreliable
We pay a fair price for the league pass and the quality is terrible. We know we do not have an internet issue because all other streaming platforms we use have no issues at all. I tried to log a ticket but the support page doesn’t allow me to complete the request form! Instead of buffering every 2mins why can’t you allow us to download the entire game within the app, this would reduce all the complaints from myself and others about the quality. If you’re not going to fix it reduce your price or get rid of Microsoft and find someone who can provide a proper customer experience.
