Ratings and Reviews
Hi. Neighbourly is great when it works as well as it did today for us. I asked for a recommendation and was thrilled with the number of great replies.
I will be honest though in that it has become tricky to find where I need to be! What option! Some really commercial info comes through a lot. I would love it to be a few less options and how to know if you are logged in-or out or where to go to log-in. I used to be told to log-in but am not now. My big concern is I get a message that I am I ‘ADMINISTRATION MODE’ on a pop-up greenband. What is this and why is this there. Is this why I have such a long list of options???? If you can help me with this, please contact me and tell me what it is?
All very confusing for an ‘older girl’.
TOO MANY OPTIONS for me.
I am not alone in this ... other friends feel the same. I love to learn and will keep at it but please give an ear to what I am trying to say.
Messaging buttons don’t work?!
So annoying, I really wanted to buy something off a lady, but there was no way I could get a message through to her... so I missed out. Every ‘message’ button was totally useless, it didn’t do anything. Pleeeeeease can you fix this??
Can’t reply to private messages quickly and notifications of private messages is slow and not in real time. The platform itself is used as a low rent TradeMe by too many users. Clunky and old fashioned- it needs more development.
