Fantastic for ordering capsules....
Accessories and maintenance not so good as in Black Friday specials eg Travel mug when we tried to order it couldn’t find it anywhere if out of stock it would be helpful if it said so.....also wanting to order descaling kit but not able to on the reorder page.
We love your products but would be great if this niggle could be fixed 🙂
Easy to use, but lacking some options
Yeah it’s a good app. You can order what you want really easily. But there are some functions it seems like they’ve deliberately omitted from the app. I find this annoying and think it should be fixed. For example: I can’t find anywhere that I can opt out of marketing emails. (The unsubscribe button in their emails doesn’t work!). Also, if I want to modify a recurring order, it seems that I can only add products, not remove or modify existing products. I’ve tried, can’t seem to get that done.
iPad app checkout extremely difficult
The website was easy to negotiate around until checkout. The pop up screen was too small for all the information and we couldn’t see why out order was not being accepted. It was a walk in the dark touching the edges of the pop up screen to open up the secondary window to confirm the delivery method (of which there was only one option!) and then additional credit card info. The button to save my settings and to accept terms and conditions was mostly obscured by the edge of the screen.
