We use OFX for transfers to our Aussie account several times a year for living expenses and apartment refurbishment etc as we live on the Sunshine Coast in the Nz winter. Easy app to use

OFX have designed this app so well that it only takes a couple of clicks to get a price or make a transfer.

Took more than a dozen emails and 2 months to return my money

Sent the money and days later they told me it could not be sent to my recipient. Fine, just return to me, easy right? Nah nah nah… compliance team, tech support, documents, more than a dozen emails… was told they’d reply next week many times, and two weeks’ passed, nothing. In the end I was fed up and called, and was told that the money would be sent out to me today. I’m very doubtful. I’m not talking about 1 million dollars, it’s $250, and I won’t be using their service ever again.
