Great for travelling around Europe
I booked trains, planes and buses all through Italy and France. It was super easy and saves me from downloading all the various apps for all the companies and working out how they all work. I recommend Omio for saving time and getting good deals
Bad communication
No one to help or to talk in term of emergency. I emailed 1 week earlier of my ticket dated but never got any response until 4 weeks. 1st 1wanted yo cancel tickets, didn’t happen. 2nd, got announced lockdown and one to communicate about flights. Flight centres didn’t want to help us since we didn’t buy ticket from them, also ticket from this app is expensive than flight centre. Money wouldn’t be a problem if they have good customer service.
That was stressful and never going to use this app again.
