Snap Send Solve is the free app that allows you to report issues to your council or local authority instantly.
Snap Send Solve functions for councils in Australia and New Zealand. The reporting process is simple and straightforward and has been designed to make your life as a ratepayer easier.
Snap Send Solve also functions to report abandoned trolleys (Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, Kmart), Telstra pits and a growing number of water and power authorities.
Snap Send Solve lets you quickly and easily report on various issues such as:
- Pavement issues
- Abandoned shopping trolleys
- Damaged roads
- Broken playground equipment
- Street Cleaning
- Telstra pits and telecommunications equipment
Your reports are sent directly to the right Council or authority and there are no accounts to sign up for. Please note that some Councils or authorities who receive a high volume of reports may only receive a summary of your report in which case we will notify you so that you can communicate your report directly to the relevant Council or authority.
Here's what some of Snap Send Solve's 200,000+ regular users have to say:
"5 email and phone complaints over 6 weeks - no response. I snapped and sent - solved: dumped rubbish was gone in 24 hours."
"I used the app for the first time this week and got a response from my council within 24 hours with the issue resolved. It was very quick and easy to use too. Thanks for a fantastic idea and a very useful app :)"

Thanks for using Snap Send Solve and helping to make our neighbourhoods better places to work and live.
In this release we have introduced a new feature that allows authorities to include a message and phone number for users to call if the incident is an emergency.
We have also continued to improve the performance of the app.
Ratings and Reviews
Easy to use and I get responses from our council which is the main thing.
There is no feedback link in the app itself, but it would be good to include a report item for dumped rubbish.
Recommend for all those who call upon the council for resolving issues in their neighbourhood.
The immediacy is excellent feature, you stop on a walk or ride and send a report. I hope they don’t always sound like complaining, more about seeking help or raising awareness.
The follow up emails are very good, to know that something has been considered etc
Very useful, you can report problems anywhere and anytime with photos, much more accurate than attempting to describe things on the phone to ccc. Excellent!
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
