Excellent to use
This app gives many tour and attraction options with very good prices. It is extremely easy to navigate and purchase or book tickets to many attractions and tours. There are many reviews for many of the attractions/tours which is helpful when making your selection. You have the ability to select specific countries/cities and to set your currency. Thoroughly recommend.
Stole money from me. Did not offer a refund or credit
They randomly charged me in a foreign currency that ended up costing me $70 more than what I was told. The customer service repeated multiple times that they will not refund me or give me a credit for their mistake. Terrible company who ended up costing me more money for no reason and didn’t even attempt to make it right.
Pending reward
I did the activity at 7am. After 24 hours, my reward is still in pending. But It shows valid time from the second day. So confusing!
