Ratings and Reviews
Slow
Very slow app. I changed providers from skinny to warehouse mobile and I think I will only last one month with Warehouse mobile. The plans were cheaper and they were offering free data after hours, but this hasn’t been the case so far for the 3 days I’ve been with the mobile provider.
App and website broken
Using the app OR logging into the website just shows balance as CREDIT BALANCE! For a prepay account this is unacceptable. I need to know how much credit I have.
Also the data, minutes, text amounts are all at zero, even though I got a text to say that my data pack is expiring and I have 119MB of rollover data. Have waited minutes for figures to update, but they don’t. I am not alone, everyone I know who I convinced to switch to Warehouse Mobile is having the same issues.
Also, the alert texts often come out of order and hours late, so you think you have run out of data or credit again and need to top up.
Put some effort into your app, Warehouse Mobile, and look after your customers, otherwise we will be finding someone new.
Great app
Easy to use app and makes managing your account easy with a good interface and detailed info on where your money goes. One suggestion for improvement though - can we please have a monthly summary section where you can see overall how much you’ve spent on data, texts and calls? Would be great to know if there was an easy way to know whether I’d be better off on a plan. Thanks and keep up the great work!!
