When a boy from the ghetto discovers his family is to be evicted, he is coerced by his sister's boyfriend into robbing the landlord's house. Against his better judgement, he breaks into the barricaded building and becomes ensnared in a madhouse of unspeakable horrors, not least of which is the pack of starving, mutilated children held captive in the basement by the psychotic head of the household.
