Does what it says on the box - simple and informative
This is one of the better podcasts I've come across in the field of Real Estate investing. JP takes a lighthearted approach to investing wherever he can, but don't be fooled into thinking that his information is anything but excellent. JP welcomes many seasoned investors to his show, and asks questions that many other hosts stop short of asking - to the point of delving into the more secretive aspects of how these guys make a living.
Geared towards the newcomer, but not exclusively, I'd recommend this to anyone with an interest in Real Estate, who's looking to expand their education in this field.
