I can't believe there are no comments. This podcast is one of the most incredible, helpful, knowledgeable, wonderful and positive podcasts in the entire world. Colleen is one of the best speakers I have ever heard speak, I love love love listening to this broadcast. Please listen - you won't regret it. It is life changing, for real. C'mon NZers! Colleen is great - intelligent, knowledgeable, educated, interesting, fun and passionate about food, health, literature and animals. Listen to this podcast - you'll learn heaps and be entertained. I cannot speak highly enough of Colleen and her podcast... I feel so much more in control of what I eat and so much more informed about food.
