Great introduction to meditation and anxiety

Refreshing to bring in Vedic meditation to address anxiety, as different from mindfulness. Fascinating how a mantra can soothe us out of anxious patterns. Thoughtful refections on the relation of the brain to meditation and mindfulness. All this from someone, who experiencer severe insomnia. Really helpful.
