Description

This show tells the stories of the children and their parents who find themselves in that one in a thousand, or one in ten thousand, or even one in a million position of having a child with special needs and how they come to cope. Finding those odds apply to you and your child can be one of the most isolating and terrifying experiences of your life. But then sometimes it can also feel like winning the lottery.

One in a million baby podcast 00

I’ve been looking forward to this and it is all I had hoped for. The podcasts to come promise to be honest, challenging and also a joyful expression of lives we often don’t get to hear about. Thank you Tessa for seeing this project into realisation. You share your indomitable spirit with Eva.

One in a million baby episode 3 Chiara

This is a must listen. Honest, moving, sad but also uplifting. It made me want better support for mothers and families especially when the baby is facing an uncertain future. That support should come before parents are drained and on the edge of collapse. Huge credit should go to Chiara's parents. And to Tessa for bringing this story to us.
