SCAM!!!!! At your first order they will be very eager to deliver the items on time!!!
This is my 3rd time to order! My 3rd time! And this is the first time that I think I will be scammed! I tried reaching out through emails but no response other than automated messages!!!! My order was placed a week ago and it is already paid and until now I have not received it yet!!! Paid worth 2689 pesos!!!! Last night I tried to place an order this time it will be for a Cash on Delivery payment and surprisingly it will be delivered today!!! But what happened to my previous order that is already paid and still not being delivered!!!!!! I tried to reach you through emails and even at your instagram and facebook account but it seems like you are ignoring me!!!!! I tried to be patient and understanding but this is really mad!! You guys are so inconvenient!!! I ordered for convenience but really it is the other way around!!!!!!!!! I do not want to think that you are trying to scam me but since there is no response or updates I guess you are really a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!

SCAM!!! BEWARE. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK
Seems like this company is only interested in getting your money because even if you’ve paid full price for an item which is CLEARLY IN STOCK at the time of check out, they won’t notify you if everything has sold out when they’re packing for shipping. Instead, they’ll simply cross out the item from your invoice without you knowing, and send you an incomplete package as well. Good luck with customer service because they’ll only give you diplomatic replies without any concrete answer as to where your missing items are. They won’t give you a refund, they won’t send you the missing items either. DO NOT BE FOOLED by their easy-to-use interface. Everything is just a scam to smooch money off of you. If you leave a complaint on their social media posts (because emailing them won’t do you any good), they’ll delete your comment in an instant. Please don’t tell me to email your f****** SOS address. I’ve done that at least a dozen times already.

I was using your app and loving it until this recently, when I had an issue with my order that was supposed to be in promo of BUY1FREE1 and was still in that promo when I received my package 2 days after I ordered that turns to be just 1 when it arrived!
We exchanged emails and I even send you screen shots regarding your posting but suddenly not get anything back from you when I wanted to have a straight answer. I know we make mistakes I was actually waiting for you guys to just admit that you still posted that promo on your DETAIL HIGHLIGHTER while you already ran out of stock but NO YOU DIDN’T ACKNOWLEDGE and instead opted to just not reply to my last email. So there, I am uninstalling your app. Best of luck on your future customer but you certainly won’t sell to me anymore! 👎
