I always get the 'biometric authentication failed' message! And I tried registering 10 times! How's that for persistence? Why do you have to require a selfie to register our account? Shouldn't you leave that choice to the user? Don't make it a requirement to register! Until you fix this HUGE mistake, I'll keep telling my friends to stay clear of Unionbank's EON card. It's useless. I'm probably just going to close my account and go with BPI. I need a card to link to my PayPal account, which is why I got EON. but how can I link it when I can't even register my card! How can I monitor my transactions - money coming in and out if I can't even REGISTER MY EON CARD?

Well this is got to be the worst app made for banking, I mean banking is important because you share information and it involves money but in this case we couldn't even put our trust in your bank if the app is failing to do it's purpose, I've been blocked several times and you're sending temporary passwords that's not working, also the problem with my account that you didn't inject the remaining Php500 because it exceeded the limit unfortunately I didn't know that this have a limit and now i'm suffering the consequence, hoping to resolve this ASAP.



The apps focuses on useless functions like selfie which doesn't work looking for touchID for alternative registration but can't find it this is not a user friendly apps instead of focusing on useless stuff they should focus on what matters most to easily register new card and link it to their account. the menu had no function on that i can't find it anywhere your stuck in the selfie no wonder majority of the review are all negative worst apps don't use this it's useless.

This is the reason why we would like you to take time to go through the registration process and once it's done, you're good to go. Your feedback is gold to us, we would love to hear more of what improvements we can do. Although selfie is a requirement for card registration, you can choose from 3 options to log in; selfie, fingerprint or user name and password. Hope this helps!
