First, enter your address (home/ office/ treehouse). Then, choose your favourite restaurant and place an order. They’ll prepare your food and once it’s ready, our courier bring it to you. If you need something to watch, you can track your rider in real-time. Then you eat. Food goals.

lots of room for improvement
I use this app a lot and I'm thankful that there's a service like this. But what I want to see improved is the chat feature and generally their customer service. When there's a long queue during lunch or dinner hours, the chat box will show that there's a certain number of people still waiting. after five minutes or 10 minutes they will automatically close the chat because you haven't typed anything. what am I supposed to do? am I just supposed to resend the message over and over? it also happened in the middle of a conversation that the person at the other end of the chat asked me about something and I answered and they didn't answer back but apparently they were calling up the restaurant but the chat was auto ended because I didn't send anything. what am I supposed to say? was i supposed ask for an update every three minutes or so? so I started a new chat, I pasted the image of what happened and the person on the other end of the line just responded to my request without addressing the fact that the chat autoended! so it was just the screenshot and she responded with "thanks for waiting" + answer to my original question 😡😡
Pre-Order Feature A Total Mess!
Downloaded updated app (One showing you a Pink panda instead of the orange one) - pictures of food for restaurants grabbed from the Internet, it is misleading! How would I know what to get if you show me a posh steak you got from stockphotos?! Also provided too many options - especially PRE-ORDER!!! I'm hungry, it's 1:00 pm and my order is to be delivered 8:30 pm? There was nothing showing while I was placing the order, only after I put CC. Whaaaa? Someone called me to cancel my order due to pre-order, can't even transfer order to another branch. I have to cancel an order which I paid with a card and have to order again! There goes my payment, I have to wait a few days to get it back. No! Fix your app! I order through this app often, and this glitch is making me HANGRY!!!
Poor pictures, lazy way for visuals, too many options, lousy options for pre delivery - why not set delivery time while placing the order??? Why set several branches in the list showing different delivery times?? Fix your app, change your app developer!
Too long wait
I tried their service 5 times. 2x out of that were the only smooth ones as I ordered from an established food chain. 2x I waited for about 1-1.5 hours just to be notified that my area was not deliverable and the other the order was cancelled. The most recent one, I ordered at 2pm and there was no progress in the status of the order. According to the app, wait time is just 30min. Almost 2 hours later and I'm still waiting for the delivery. Take note that the store is just a 5-7minute drive away.
Bad service. Long wait time and no cancel button. If you partner with a store, make sure that they do look at the orders right away and acknowledge them. Send them multiple notifications. The customer should not be waiting for an order that is not possible to be delivered to her location. Cancel it immediately. If the store doesn't acknowledge the order after a grace period of 15minutes, cancel it immediately.
The customer could have took that time to eat or order somewhere else.
