1month trial? Really tho?

At first i was really excited to use this so i gave it a try. I subscribed to a 1month free trial (and is planning to continue my subscription if this turns out well), but i was so disappointed to know that instead of having a 1month trial, i was only given 7 days. Seriously guys? Are you making fun of us? Okay, i thought maybe i should still give this a try, maybe there's just some bugs. There's still a lot movies i still wanted to watch but my 7day trial is already done AND CANT WATCH ANYTHING!! I cant subscribed again saying that i am already subscribed to 30days. Where is it exactly huh? Seriously, this is such a pain. I'll just find other app that's true to its words. This is a no no. 👎🏻

Doesn’t allow me to use the App

Upon opening the app, a pop-up comes out saying that i have to update the app so that i can continue using hooq. The only option to remove the pop-up is an “okay” so i tapped on it. But after a few seconds of browsing the shows, the pop-up saying the same thing comes up. After several more times, i grew tired and succumbed to updating it even if i don’t want to. The update was quick and so i opened the app again, however, it still shows the same freaking pop-up despite my having had the update downloaded already. What the hell hooq?!?!

not letting me watch anything

i would’ve given this 0 out of 5 stars but the option isnt available. i pay for my hooq subscription thru globe, my network provider. but even though i get charged monthly, i can’t enjoy watching any content because hooq doesn’t see my account as having any active subscription. i tried emailing hooq directly to no avail. i also called my network provider to complain about it on SEVERAL occassions but nobody seems to be able to resolve the issue. what a rip off. you’re practically stealing hard earned money from people.
