Lazada Seller Center 4+

I hired 2 employees to deal with lazada orders, thank Good Lord, we had a lot of orders! Problem is! You dont pick up orders for 3 weeks in a row! And I asked my employees to contact you everyday, through app, email and phone and even through text, As you always told us, we are on priority! RIP Lazada PH

I registered recently as a seller in lazada and sold 1 item which arrived damaged which was the fault of Lazada delivery. As a seller it wasn’t really my fault but i wanted to give a good impression on buyer and offered a small discount on the item using lazada chat box as i wanted to at least give the buyer his money’s worth. To my surprise lazada mistook that as transacting off platform and immediately deactivated my account locking my money along with the deactivated account. I tried to appeal and show them pictures of item and pictures of the convo but appeal was denied. Then i tried talking to a representative which like a broken record could only answer “since your account is deactivated i cant help you”. Then i proceeded to ask him if how will i get my money on the deactivated account !?. He answered: “since your account is deactivated you could no longer transfer funds” which i replied then to where will my money go !?. This goes on a while but the only answer he could only repeat is that “account deactivated”. I’d like share this to the people who are selling or are planning on selling using LAZADA. A small mistake like this will take all your hard earned money away. BEWARE ! This is a scam in its self.

It is very convenient for buyers, but Ive never understood how to manage my shop. The Confirm button wont work after i entered the variations of my item. Then there are these very confusing instructions for when someone orders my item, bit I couldnt enter my items' details so it is very difficult to ensure that my customers pay the right price. This is very hard especially for those of us who sell clothes.

This is the second time I tried to be a Lazada seller and im just disappointed again. I tried deactivating my account before. To my surprise, its still there now. I tried to understand it again this time around due to the recent shopee #BBMSupporterAmbassador Scandal, but its just not working for me. Please fix this. I see Lazada's potential in helping me with business, but these technicalities are so frustrating.
