Messenger, with its seamless integration with Facebook, offers a comprehensive platform for communication. Its user-friendly interface, extensive features like voice and video calls, and a wide range of stickers and emojis make it a versatile tool for staying connected. However, occasional glitches and privacy concerns may deter some users. You can still improve by consistently working on its bugs and other issues, also, I want you to add a feature that separates the group chats just like you separated a channel to the main room or chat. It’ll be easily accessible to Boomers and other people who doesn’t know how to use the search button and scrolling down to find the group chat they want to find. Lastly, it’ll be good if Messenger can be deactivated without the Facebook being deactivated. Overall, Messenger remains a popular choice for messaging and keeping in touch with friends and family.

Perhaps my account was unjustly blocked by Facebook due to a mistaken identity. I believe I have been using my account for personal use exclusively for more than six years. Suddenly, one day, it was disabled, and to make matters worse, I was unable to log in to any other or new accounts. access my Instagram, Facebook, and Messenger accounts on my iPhone. When you asked for my identification, I sent you my national i.d in the hopes that you would help me get back into my account. However, I am using my real name as my first name because most of my family and friends know me that way, but it is not confirmed by my email account, which I have been using for over how many years. Knowing that my old pictures and memories will never again be visible makes me feel even more disappointed. The Facebook team did not provide a reason, so I'm not sure what I did. I hope you can do anything addressing this situation. It's incredibly unjust. Facebook owns the rights, so I can't contest my appeal.I hope you fix this kind of issue because i can’t communicate with my friend. My friend also encounter this kind issue but she fixed immediately but when I did what she did into her account to my account, it didn’t work. After 24 hrs of appealing, my account is still in review and no progress.

I am able to use Messenger for both voice and video calls as well as chatting other people in private message and in group chats. However, newest features like “Watch Together” become annoying when in a group video call when we decide to watch one video from Facebook on Messenger, as these other “suggested videos” pop up and start to play over and over as we try to play the intended video, therefore making it hard to play the video what we planned to watch together. It is the same for when we are trying new filters, only one person can use the new filters despite being in a group video call. We cannot play the games together either, as it is hard to navigate and control the features to be able to follow the game’s instructions. It is the same set of problems I experience for one on one video calls too. There are times that the application crashes all of a sudden for no apparent reason as well. Then there are certain videos, photos and even links in both group chats and private messages that cannot be accessed and opened anymore.

You need to fix these features for if not, I will not be using them any time soon, and stick to the main purpose of Messenger by just chatting others and voice or video calling them from time to time.
