An objective review

This is in response to the reply of Nordcurrent to my review of the same title. The reply said to contact customer support for my concerns. As mentioned in the original review, their customer support does not reply to my request for support or explanation. The reply sent is an automatic reply stating that they are working on the issue and that it may take time to resolve. That’s it! Months after the original request, no reply back to my request for support despite of my sending their customer support follow-ups. Then they send you a customer service satisfaction survey with a tag-line “ Customer Satisfaction is our priority. “ With a “Not Satisfied” comment on the survey every time due no response from them, it seems like they don’t value the survey as well, because they have not improved their customer service even an inch! And I have been playing for a long time. The developers don’t really care about comments on improving the game unless you have spent a lot of money on the game already.
