App could do some improvement.

I had my order delivered to my home since i cannot do store pick up during lockdown without a personal vehicle. I rated 4 stars because one of the products i received spilled since it had no more bottle cap. It was also a guessing game as to how long your orders would get delivered. While it was understandable during quarantine, i wished there was at least an estimate as to when will it be shipped or estimate dates to receive. Other than that, the user interface of the app was easy and friendly. The packaging of products was also good, bubbled wrapped and boxed properly. And there was an sms notification on the day it was estimated to be delivered. I just wish the product reviews of customers were actually helpful.

I had an issue with my order so I tried to contact Watsons through the Enquiry option. I was glad that my information was auto-populated so I don’t have to fill out the forms. I only need to enter my concern in the Comment field. However, when I was submitting the ticket, the app did not allow me as they are asking me to enter an English name. My name was already entered as it was auto-populated and it was already grayed out. How in the world would I be able to enter it?! And what English name is the app talking about? I am Filipino and I am sure that my name can be spelled in English. Is this app exclusively for English people only when it clearly says Watsons PH? I believe PH stands for the Philippines. Please improve your feedback and support options of the app. It should allow us to conveniently create support tickets to file complaints and send concerns regarding orders. Please keep it interactive as well. Perhaps a chat support option would also be more convenient for users. There are many apps who have been utilizing chat support as an option for feedback and concerns. Kindly consider that option.

No urgency

I ordered meds using your online app, the delivery for the meds is 4-7days after? But i was informed after check out so I didn’t have the option not to push through with the order. How can Watson’s app not find the urgency of ordering the meds? This is not like soap or lotion. MEDICINES ARE TO BE TREATED WITH URGENCY. So the app should have a separate system for ordered meds and should be delivered at the latest the next day. Or there should be an info re date of delivery so the client can opt NOT TO PUSH THROUGH WITH THE ORDER. Your refund takes 7-15days? What kind of system do you have? 1960s? You should be at par with other online apps. Refunds take 1-2days, or sometimes automatic! This is so frustrating, I DO NOT ENDORSE THIS APP TO ANYONE specially you are catering to sick people, you should at least have the decency to inform the client that you will be able to deliver the meds 4-7 days after so that WE CAN DECIDE NOT TO PUSH THROUGH. I hope Watson’s can contact me re this. Because my frustration is up to the skies! If you cannot deliver meds asap, you should remove this from your app, medicines are urgent needs, no sick person can wait 4-7days for the delivery of meds. How can you not realize that?
