Log in issue

I am getting issue in login, every time a massage shows on screen (opps we hit an error try again later) kindly solve this issue

The app has bugs.

Since there is no branch and no online portal (website), the app has to work flawlessly as there is no other way to get support. If we're locked out of the account then that's it. You've lost access to your funds. Edit: instead of improving the app, they have somehow managed to make it even SLOWER and now there is no option to block the card. Such a nightmare.

Worst customer experience

I've transferred money internationally but it's been months and neither the beneficiary has received it nor it's returned to my account and they don't even know where the money is. One person tells me it's coming back to my account and the other tells it's in beneficiary's but it's nowhere and they keep on insisting to check again and again. It's so so frustrating! I'm never going to rely them with any transfer again.
