And for sure they have best customer service as never seen before

Once they have your money forget about any complaint

Please be careful when you do the reservation.
This looks like a standard procedure:
You go through the whole booking procedure but if you dealy with clicking on a pay bar, soon you will get a dunning. We have a good news for you. Your price decreased. Hurry up before it changes. In fact they do not decrease the price but they cancel the upgrades which you selected. This is the reason.
In my case my bank did not accept the online transaction in the amount of over 5 K$ therefore it took me a while before the money could be blocked on my credit card’s account, however Expedia already sent me the dunning that my price is almost 300 USD lower now.
They charged me with the higher price and sent me the confirmation without my upgrades which cost ca 300 dollars.
Here is the best: I spent over 5 h on the phone. And spoke to 6 people.
I told the story 6 times asking either for my upgrades or price difference refundation. Everybody listened, let me wait 15-20 min - the record was 2 hours before I was connected with -the top person in charge - Evan. The he asked me to tell him what the problem is because the clients always like to talk anout their problems.
At the end he said that this is not their fault, sorry. And he cannot help me👍.
Because there is only me and Expedia as 2 sides of this problem and it is not their fault it means it is my fault then...
This is the peak of arrogance....

Doesn’t work

There are two minor issues. The app is up to date but the app tells me to update it. The 2nd thing I can’t login. I receive emails from Expedia but in the recipient email address field there is not my email address I use. That’s why I have no idea what is my account name and I can’t reset the password. I booked a car and paid through Expedia. I want to have access to my account, not to make a new one.
