I topped up my account and wanted to pay with the money in my funds but the app only payed directly from my card even though I had topped up my account and picked the option to pay from my current funds.

I only rented two scooters but payed the price of three??

After I locked my scooters I wanted to check the ride history to see for how many minutes my trip was but there is no information at all.

In the ride history I also can not see how many meters I used the scooters. The only information in the ride history is how much I payed for it, so I cant confirm if the amount I payed is equal to how long I used the scooter.

Every 30 seconds the scooters would stop working while people with other scooters would pass by. The scooters stopped working completely once for around 1-2 minutes for no reason at all.

DO NOT use this app. Don't be fooled by the low opening price of 1 zl. Its not worth it.

I had a pleasure of riding a Lime scooter a few days before. I was expecting a similar experience with Hulaj. However : a) the scooter wouldn't start, it showed an "out of area" error ; b) the map showing scooter locations was completely off, showing wrong locations ; c) payment methods are very complicated - Lime syncs with Apple Pay, meaning that I did not have to upload any payment methods, everything was reddy. Hulaj requires a prepayment via PayPal or credit card, which is very inconvenient over a mobile device

Unfortunately the app shows locations of scooters incorrectly, scooters have very weak batteries, I cannot use the scooters VERY OFTEN. I cannot restore the money paid as well- I had to pay 25 PLN in advance and I don’t want to use this app anymore... All I can do now is to use the money left on the account but it’s difficult when the app or scooters are not working properly. I’m simply tired of this. :(
