Very useful and convenient application

Everything is user friendly and easy to use.
I would only add a feature to show photos from all portfolios of selected service type (e. g barbershop, beauty salon etc) so it would be easier to find best service by those photos without having to open each service, going to portfolio etc. Each photo in the mentioned mode could have a link to the service (barbershop, beauty salon etc)

Be careful your appointment may changed without notification

The app is generally quite good and is my preferred way to book appointments. However, recently when I made an appointment, it was changed by the salon to a different person - without asking or even notifying me. It happened twice within two weeks, and while the first time I noticed the change in the app and cancelled, the second time I learned about the change only when I arrived -such a waste of time! I believe the app should notify a user when their appointment is modified by the salon, it’s actually pretty obvious. I’m not sure if such a change should be even possible without my approval. However when I contacted Booksy support I was told it’s not their problem what partners do! And that if I looked closely there was an email with a title “Reminder about your visit” sent the day before my appointment, and in this reminder if I looked really closely in the bottom part I could notice there is a different person assigned to my appointment. Seriously?

Bad software, a lot of flaws

I was logged out from app multiple times, my liked salons were gone everytime and it seemed like i never had appointment in any of them. My location is also automatically switching to US, even tho i never been there and never changed my location to any other place than my country. Every time when i go ahead to change it im automatically logged out AGAIN. Honestly this app has so much flaws, software is not clear and easy and sometimes you really need spend hours looking for something. It’s hard to look for salon in particular town cause every time i see salons from all over country even tho the names are not even similar. I wouldn’t use this app if i didn’t need to, shame that almost everyone is taking appointments only this way. Not recommended.
