The app doesn’t let you place the order finally at the cart page. When I click the button order and pay. It comes back to say field cannot be empty. But every field is filled even the optional fields I filled but it still fails and does not explain which field is empty.
This problem was fixed by deleting and reinstalling the app. The field which was not being filled was the OTP. Because the app was failing to move to the next page and generate the OTP . But after reinstalling the app the problem was fixed and its working fine now.

I have never seen an app so bad. It should be a simple thing done over and over by so many companies. In my hell i would force really hungry people to order using this app. If for whatever reason you can no longer order to your address, instead of delivery unavailable, a “something went wrong” information shows up. So you can never know if the payment didn't go through, there is a connection issue, or deliveries are unavailable. So you spend minutes trying to figure out what you did wrong. This app also does not consider an option of a person moving, as it continues to send food to my old address, even when i manually input a new one. The cherry on top is that after calling in to get a refund, no other option the calling is available through the app, it asks me to fill out a survey in the app by text. And the link just goes through to the landing page of the app.

The first problem, that I face was that I can’t add Buckets to the cart. After clicking on the Bucket, they offer you bigger Buckets. Then after clicking Not Today, you come back to the home page without an opportunity to add your products to the cart. The second problem was when I chose the coupon menu, (this was one of the options that I could add to the cart), and I wanted to place an order. I completed all the required fields and chose the payment method. And After clicking Order and Pay, the app shows me an error Size must be between 0 and 8 characters. This was one of the worst experiences that I had with an apps. A lot of bugs, that make the app useless!
