Overall good experience
The app is good and intuitive. I cannot really complain. What I miss the most are notifications when your transactions close with S/L or T/P so I don’t have to check the app all the time
How do I get my money back?
!!! Fake company !!! Warning !!! I decided to write this comment as a warning to other people not to get scammed by the fake company. GRAM is a criminal organization that extorts funds without the possibility of recovering them. They are looking for clients on social media (e.q. Linkedin) pretending to be Chinese who want to visit our country and need some information. Of course, the journey is possible because they have earned funds using the advice of a befriended analyst from GRAM 😉 The MetaTrader 5 application has no security whatsoever, which should be the first warning to everyone. Any attempt to withdraw funds is impossible and the support will not respond to requests. By transferring money to them, you will not get them back 😞 They change names, change website addresses, but their only goal is to extort money !!! Never make a transfer of funds and certainly never make a BTC transfer !!!
