good, but... getting worse...

Now, it’s four star less:

A lot of time has lapsed since MS introduced a change in browsing e-mails when all conversations are kept open, without the ability to fold individual e-mails. As I wrote before, this made browsing through long conversations a really painful experience.

MS did nothing to improve this poor solution - I guess the iOS Outlook team does not use the app. Today I needed to go back to the native Mail app (which I rather do not use for business, just for private mails to separate work/life), because I could not find one e-mail in a thread of e-mails. With Mail it took me a few seconds...

Besides the above, another annoying this is that keyboard shortcuts in Outlook for iOS sometimes work on my iPad Pro with Apple’s Smart Keyboard and sometimes (more often) they don’t.

I have started to think about going back to the Mail app also for my business e-mails...

______ my previous review:

A very good app! I've been using it for two years now for my exchange account in order to separate business correspondence from the private one, which I keep in the Mail app.

Everything works well and the app is well connected with other office apps.

However, with the recent change by which all conversations are kept open - but without the ability to fold individual e-mails - made browsing through long conversations a really painful experience!

Hence, two stars less!

No sub folder notification

This is real unbelievable. MS build a solution for companies with exchange server and office 365 and a basic function like sub folder notification is not available in the outlook app. In a world where we receive tons of emails rules and moving emails to sub folders is solution that helps us to be productive. Focused inbox is not a solution. Where I can mark in the outlook app that I want emails from a specific domain to be focused?

More contrast option would be great.

One really important feature request.

Don't mark as read when previewed. It's for me essential feature I use on desktop version. Missing in mobile version.
