Service is useless

I can understand that the drivers want to scam people but service should help in these type of situations right? I was waiting for a driver outside for an hour in the cold, was late and driver never showed but still I had to pay cancellation fee. I had photos showing how driver is getting farther away with time but still it was not enough for service to return this amount to my account. My rating is 4.9, Uber driver was 4.6 but still they didn’t care. I was waiting in the cold for an hour, was very late and had to pay for it. Luckily there are other services as I use driver very often. One I can recommend instead is “free now” . Good luck people <3

UBER worst drivers app

Worst app, worst service.
UBER drivers are using a scam scheme to earn some extra easy money and UBER is ok with that.
I took a 7 minute ride from my friend’s home to my place, and after that UBER took 80€ from my bank account for something i didn’t do. Driver was extremely unfriendly, didn’t greet me or said nothing, was talking to himself and swearing during a trip. In a car was a strong odor of cheap perfume or something I could not breathe ,but to be honest i was too afraid to even ask to open the window. He was driving too fast and turned too sharply(which i also put in my rating of him immediately after the trip).When I get out of the car i have him 3 stars and as I see just after a few moments he sent a claim for cleaning fee. After Uber sent me photos with from a driver , i laughed very hard ,just imagine oh the photos one can see an half open window with a sprayed cleaning agent and the same on back side of the seat. Obviously UBER doesn’t know how VOMIT or STAINS look like! Nice move UBER, so do you expect your customer to take photo before and after every trip , so that the driver can not do scam like this ? or even better go LIVE every time i get in the car? And customer support is so helpful, they are constantly sending me messages:”Thank you for your understanding “ and do nothing. Well , isn’t it a best service in the world or what ? So people you can use UBER if you have to much money , UBER surely will take care of them!

Repeatedly overcharged by Uber!

Although I have almost never had problems with Uber drivers, the company’s charging policy is a total disaster. It has been several times when I was unfairly charged for something that was not my fault as a passenger. Once, I waited for a driver for fifteen minutes and then he cancelled the trip being a minute away. I was late for a meeting and had to wait for another car to pick me up. Uber charged me with the cost of gas of the driver who cancelled the trip on his own! What a nonsense!

A few days ago, after using their services, I was charged with an additional sum once again. Totally confused, I contacted their Support Centre, they apologised for the inconvenience and said that they will return the extra charge within a few days. Guess what? Today I discovered that instead of returning the money, as they promised, they charged me for the second time! So, firstly, instead of 33 PLN (according to the app), I had to pay 47 PLN, and today I was charged with 47 PLN for the second time which makes around 94 PLN for a twenty-minutes trip!

Dear Uber, the way you treat your clients is a complete disaster. And in the end, whatever the answer you receive as a client, it has been you who wasted your personal time trying to get your money back! I was so optimistic about Uber at the beginning, but now I am thinking about not using their services any longer. My time and well-being is much important.
