Best. App.
EVER! There is a shopper heaven somewhere, and it’s also the place where every shopping app works like this one. Probably that’s actually THE reason why it’s called heaven in the first place. The only pain is not being able to check where items from sale are available, but it seems like it’s rather the new policy than the problem with UX of the app. Again, The Team that came up with wish list, I think I love you.
Sorry but no
First thing, I try to log in and get a message that my account doesn’t exist, I am sure I opened an account once but okay maybe app uses some different user directory? So I try to register and it tells me that the user already exists. I thought maybe I made a typo in my password and the message is just not clear but the field can’t be revealed so I save it in my key chain and it still doesn’t work. I logged in to the website with same credentials.
Second thing is that the app seem to reproduce all the issues from the page, starting with not working filters to non-intuitive UI. Not to mention the repeating items, as I have to scroll through 20% more pieces than were found. It’s an example how making something what is supposed to be simple and clear innovative by force makes everyday usage less convenient.
App crashing
I do not know what's going on but after the last update, the app doesn't work well. I can't delete items from shopping cart and
the application keeps crashing. I stoped use app and come back to computer. Please give old Zara back
