Great Podcast, but...
Love the podcast, but I'm wondering how long it takes the podcast to "drop" so that we who have subscribed to it can download it? OPB runs it as a locally inserted segment during Morning Edition weekdays just before the top of the "even" hours (at about 5:50, 7:50). I would like to be able to take it with me when I go to school, but if it doesn't drop until midday, then I miss out until the next day, when the podcast is (still) informative, but no longer timely.
love Marketplace, don't like the repeat stories :-(
i listen to marketplace morning and afternoon podcasts/broadcasts already. i was excited to see a mid-day, but am disappointed so far with the amount of content that is replayed from the morning or in the afternoon.
Informative and entertaining
The content of this podcast is very good. The reporting quality and research depth is adequate for the format. One of the best parts of the podcast is the rapport between Jeremy and Steve. They bring an energy and levity that is noticeably absent when either of them are not hosting the program. I always enjoy the final note tidbit. It is a nice sorbet to clean the palette.
