A soothing treat for moms

I learned of this podcast through FlyLady and it has been a comforting and soothing addition to my life. Elizabeth Irvine is sweet and genuine and I appreciate the kindness she offers through her stories and suggestions and guests on her show. The fifteen minute relaxation, now in the last half of each half-hour show, has become a regular part of my life. It has provided me wth a pleasant way to take a break when stress threatens to overtake me and I wouldn't have taken the time to decompress otherwise.
