Laughter is a wonderful thing, but...
I really enjoy hearing the paleo message for a family-friendly angle, but the constant giggling on this podcast is a huge turn off. The content is great, but the message tends to get lost in the fits of giggles that make up 80% of the program. It's distracting and really ought to be toned down a notch.
Great day to day advice!
My family switched to Paleo eating two months ago. It hasn't been an easy transition, but it's been worth it so far. Having support from people like Sarah, Chrissy and Dain is so helpful!! I do listen to Robb Wolf's podcast but it's pretty science, medical and exercise heavy in content. Although helpful, it doesn't always address what I need to do to make this successful for my family.
That's where Sarah, Chrissy and Dain come in -- they have families and "get it" when it comes to what's hard for most people. I enjoy their light hearted approach to their discussions and have been able to incorporate it into my daily life.
Thank you so much and keep up the great work!!
I love listening to your podcast during my commute! While I don't have children, the information is wonderful and direct. I appreciate that Sarah and Chrissy don't make "a religion" (quoting Robb Wolf) out of the way they eat and raise their families. The recipes are wonderful as well.
