Coaches Corner-Episode 5

I loved hearing each coaches perspective on RX vs. Scaling. It was really enlightening for me. I think after listening to this podcast my approach will be different when attacking a WOD, especially when a coach is describing the purpose of the WOD for that day. I will definitely be holding myself more accountable if I decide to RX a WOD from now on. After all, “everyone knows!” Thanks for sharing! Can’t wait to hear more from the Coaches Corner.

Omega 3 supplements

As your #1 recommended supplement, are all fish oils created equal? Besides some causing awful fish burps (they’re the worst!) is there anything else I should look out for when choosing a brand?

Podcast topic idea

Would love to see a podcast that discusses fueling for the WOD, both before and after. Not like what paleo is, but more what your body needs to perform well and recover well. Both what to eat and when to eat it. Just a thought. I’ve really been enjoying the podcasts. Hope they keep coming 🙂.
