Gretchen Rubin is HAPPIER, and she wants you to be happier too. The #1 bestselling author of The Happiness Project and Better Than Before gets more personal than ever as she brings her practical, manageable advice about happiness and good habits to this lively, thought-provoking podcast. Gretchen’s cohost and guinea pig is her younger sister, Elizabeth Craft, a TV writer and producer living in Los Angeles, who (lovingly) refers to Gretchen as her happiness bully. Happiness in bits

I'm so happy to have found this podcast. I feel like I have two new, smart and funny girlfriends who give good advice. Just listening makes me feel happy.

A very promising and fun start!

I've just listened to the first episode and really enjoyed (1) the casual camaraderie between these smart, witty sisters (2) the bite-sized nuggets of wisdom to try out at home on your own time/at your own pace, and (3) the moderately short duration of each podcast, so it doesn't feel like a big commitment to fit into an already busy schedule (as so many of us have). The hosts are successful professionals who are nevertheless very down-to-earth, and quite accessible if you have questions or feedback. Best of luck, ladies! You've got another fan here.

Too many interruptions

So many commercials in such a short podcast. I don't know of any other 30 minute shows with 3 or more commercial breaks during the show. Do them at he beginning or end or have one interruption but this was just too much. Had to unsubscribe.
