It's about time!

It's about time there was a podcast about both the physical aspects of losing weight, eating and exercising, and the emotional/mental aspect as well. Yeah, teaching what to eat, when and that you need to exercise are great, but what if you cannot get through your mental issues? Having all the knowledge in the world means nothing if you cannot mentally get yourself to take ACTION on that knowledge. Well, this podcast is the cure, I love it!

I found this podcast thru the Tri Swim Coach podcast with Coach Kevin and really like it. Hosts Kevin and Wes explore the often overlooked aspect of the mind/body connection as it relates to weight loss and overall health and wellness.
