Thank you!

First off, when I publish a book, it will be dedicated to Yin! I manage a Barnes & Noble, write, read and travel. Being creative is my life and this podcast has invigorated my soul in so many ways. Yin interviews a variety of authors, agents and other creative individuals that makes them accessible to listeners. It always feel like a conversation between friends. Being a part of this world has honestly changed my drive. Each week I am excited for new podcasts, being a part of the FB group and knowing I have a support system that shows up to encourage each other. Best podcast ever!!!!

Full of Life and Thoughtful Conversation

I love this podcast - one of the best out there for writers looking to glean information from the top authors in the industry. Yin approaches each interview with a candid dedication to learning the drive and spirit of every guest. Her conversations flow effortlessly, and I’m left at the end of each episode feeling as though I’ve just listened to two friends get to know one another. Although she selves into the writing craft, offering us up valuable information on an author’s professional path and preferences, her attention to the individual’s personal history is fascinating. She encourages this natural conversation in a respectful way that never feels forced or intrusive, but rather with reverence to its impact on their art. This podcast is worth every minute you spend listening - can’t wait to hear new authors! Keep it up, Yin!

HAPPY + INSPIRED

I’ll be totally honest here...I’ve never thought I would enjoy a podcast. I always said I would just stick with the music because who wants to listen to people talk while driving? Well now looks who’s eating her words. (It’s me. I’m eating my words.) I’m currently working on the outline for my very first novel baby and I came across this podcast after joining every possible writing group on Facebook that I could find. I came across the 88 Cups of Tea group and saw that there was a podcast I needed to listen to in order to join the group. I reluctantly checked it out and listened to my first episode on my way home from work one night. I smiled, laughed, nodded in agreement, talked to no one in particular and haven’t listened to music in the car but maybe 10% of the time since then.

Yin is the PERFECT host and I have yet to come across an episode that wasn’t equal parts entertaining, inspiring, fun and just perfect all around. I always come away with some new to apply to my writing and life in general. Listening to this show helps me push past those slumps and pave my way through those writers blocks. So here’s a huge THANK YOU to Yin Chang - we can tell that you’ve put your heart and soul into this podcast to help lift and inspire others, and your efforts are appreciated more than you will ever know!
