Very practical tips on how to be stronger mentally
I’m always looking for ways to get better, to improve my performance and be more productive. These interviews were the perfect length for my commute and gave me ideas on how to look at obstacles differently and be less critical when things don’t go perfectly.
Informative and inspiring
LOVED the podcast with the Navy SEAL. Such good information, succinct and straight forward. I listen to a lot of motivational speakers and deep thinkers. This was awesome.
Compliments my practice
I've been meditating for over a year - that's my exercise for mental toughness - and this podcast compliments my practice. What better way to spend your morning jog than listening to Renita interview leaders and motivational speakers? I can't believe this is free!
For an inspiration boost, listen to episode 3 about super-achievers.
