Great for a Wide Audience of People
These are perfect to use with the nursing staff during breaks or when helping them use strategies for self-care. Her voice is a little flat which can be distracting. The topics are great and I really like that the time of meditations varies. Thank you!
Great, very helpful...Esp. For Insomniacs
In particular, the episodes about & helping me (and everyone) SLEEP...are really good. I like her mostly-monotone, voice as it makes it a more subtle background track, but still lets you unfocus-focus in it. For me, I’m hoping for more sleep-inducing episodes if at all possible.
