Focus on the customer - or perish!

There's a lot of (if not too much) information from experts about how to start and grow a business. But here's what you need to know: there are 3 kinds of businesses: 1) those that focus on themselves, 2) those that are obsessed with their competition, and 3) those that focus on their customer. Most are in category #1. Few are in #3 although they pay lip service to it. But those that are sincerely focused on their customers are the fastest-growing, most profitable businesses today.
