Motivation Needed

I needed some added motivation and this podcast has helped me kickstart my commitment to weight loss!

Works for Me!

As an extremely Exercise-phobic person, this podcast definitely helped me better understand the role of fitness in the weight loss process. While I realize that exercise is a necessity, especially as we get older, Mara and her guests help alleviate the anxiety associated with the mainstream mentality that it is the be all end all -- all or nothing.

Many people struggling with weight do so because lilke myself, they are intimidated and frustrated by the prospect of a lifelong committment of intense exercise, they struggle with food, and/or they struggle with consistency. Putting things into proper perspective is key in overcoming those hurdles. Mara definitely does this!

I pray I get to a place where I love fitness -- I know I'm capable of it. This podcast can definitely help in learning to take that first step.
