Connecting across the Globe

I joined PCB in Feb 2020 and was really wanting to start a local chapter. Then the pandemic hit and face to face meetings weren’t an option. With the boom in podcasts, dealing with every topic you can imagine, (conspiracy theories was my favorite) I joined the Virtual chapter and it’s been an amazing group from around the world to connect with. In a tough year of quarantine, seclusion and working virtually, PBC gives us that human connection needed away from work. I also love that we don’t always all agree, but are always respectful of each other. That’s hard to find nowadays. Now I’m ready to start my own local chapter for 2021! Thank you Adele and Neomi for all of their hard work in 2020!

Solid Podcast, Amazing Community

I am new to Podcast Brunch Club (Chicago chapter) -- and I love the community meetups to discuss podcast episodes on a curated montlhy playlist. There's even a virtual chapter so you can join from anywhere! Recently, host Adela has been able to get some wonderul hosts and producers from top podcasts like Hidden Brain, Work Life, Rough Translation, and more as guests on the PBC show. I'm loving listening, learning, and connecting with other podcast lovers to discuss.

For lovers of stimulating conversations

I absolutely love being part of the Podcast Brunch Club in my city. Each month there is a selection of podcasts on a chosen theme and a group of us get together to discuss the episodes, to think, argue, analyze, laugh. The PBC podcast lets you eavesdrop on a conversation between Adela, the founder of PBC, and the curator of the episodes. It also includes episodes with commentary from this ever-growing global community. It's amazing the different perspectives you hear. If you are part of a PBC chapter then listening will only enrich your discussions. If you are not, take a listen, I think you just might find yourself a chapter to join or start one yourself!
