Description

Why do guys just want to f*ck you once then stalk your Instagram forever? Should you ditch the apps and meet people in the wild? How do you get over a breakup when you feel like you're gonna die? These are all topics discussed on Girls Gotta Eat -- a hilarious podcast from Rayna Greenberg (@OneHungryJew) and Ashley Hesseltine (comedian + creator of @BrosBeingBasic).

This is a gift to the world.

Laughed my face off. Feels like I'm hanging with my girlfriends except these two are way funnier than my girlfriends.

Use to like it not so much anymore

Show was already tiring on me, but it was a nice break from some of my regular podcasts for awhile. However each week is getting more and more difficult to listen to, I can’t deal with the constant cackling of lines they drop that are a smirk/one laugh at best. Also their complete ambivalence towards so many different subjects is getting old, but I understand why they do it.

Lastly, Ashley’s snide comment about being on the spectrum last week was just too much. Not even made in a joking/witty way, just “we’re on the spectrum from the mold in my house”. Your podcast reaches a wide variety of people so if you’re going to touch a sensitive subject like that you better do it well and with much more wit. It was about as bad as saying “we’re the r-word from the mold in this house”. For someone who claims to be so progressive and liberal, you can’t use demeaning language just when it fits your agenda/you assume most of your audience won’t be offended by it.

“His Dad’s a construction worker, no one expected him to do anything with his life”

Entitled party of two 🙄
