Pooja motivates and forces you to think. You may not find all of her advice working for you but just hearing what changes she recommends helps to tailor your lifestyle to meet your personal goals!

Great content and not drawn out

Just listened to the energy (08) episode and found the information to be soo great. I loved that I didn’t have to listen to an hour long episode for the information. Quick way to get some motivating ideas that I think will go a long way. 🙌

A force of positivity

I start my day with this podcast every Monday and Thursday, and I can say it's changed my outlook on life. Pooja's voice is so soothing to listen to, and it feels like she's speaking to me. Definitely recommend and one of the best happiness podcasts out there!
